Microsoft- Service Pack 2 Project
Upon Microsoft's decision to attempt to market the updated package "Service Pack 2" to System Builders on an individual basis, Direct Training built a promotion plan, the first of its kind in Israel, which integrated training activities and marketing activities.

First Stage - developing a training plan, including frontal lectures, presentations, hands on experience, quizzes, games, special feedback forms and accompanying promotional equipment (posters, balloons, pamphlets, etc.)

Second Stage - consolidating the "Service Package 2" team- the senior instructors of Direct Training received comprehensive training from Microsoft and Direct Training experts.

Third Stage - field work- the team went out and personally met with the System Builders in their work environment. The meetings included training, exercising, consultation, distribution of feedback forms and collecting leads.

Orbit - Overall software licensing project
Direct Training has been managing the Orbit Company's licensing plan since the year 2002. Orbit is among the leading companies active in the development of communication technology in Israel. The mutual work process was carried out in a number of stages:

First stage- a detailed survey of the existing licensing plan. |

Second stage- building an overall licensing plan, based upon the unique needs of the company. |

Third stage- representation of Orbit in the process of purchasing the licenses from Microsoft and accompanying the entire installation process.
From then until now a personalized licensing staff from Direct Training has accompanied Orbit, and has provided the company with continuous consultation and license management services. The services include license renewal, adapting the licensing plan in accordance with changes within the company and updating the IT manager regarding innovations in the field and concerning the most worthwhile price quotes. |

Bnei Zion Hospital- Outlook project and effective time management
The Direct Training Company managed the training and implementation plan which accompanied the installation of the Outlook system in the "Bnei Zion" hospital:

First stage- A survey of the unique needs of the hospital with regard to the project goals. |

Second stage- development of a study plan which integrated theoretical learning of the system's capabilities and actual practical exercises, while specially adapting it to the nature of work in the hospital and focusing on imparting expertise in effective time management. |

Third stage- implementation of the specific study plan: The training staff of Direct Training converted the study plan into a series of lectures, practical experience and exercises practicing changing work methods. |

Numerous hospital workers took part in the study program and were acquainted with the various elements of the Outlook system and their unique application within the hospital.

IRS The Israel Tax Authorities– Sha'am project
Due to a replacement of the work environment in the IRS computerized system, Direct Training built a training program which was intended for implementing the Sha'am software (specialized software) for 1000 of the department's workers:

First stage- The development of a detailed study program which included the theoretical background of the software and also instruction on the various uses of the software, as well as a set of practical exercises. |

Second stage- Building a study program which included frontal lectures, presentations, practical exercises and private lessons. |
 |
Third stage- Consolidating a detailed time schedule, in accordance with the schedules written by the IRS managers. In order to ensure that the study program would be implemented on a personal level, the workers were divided into groups of five according to their knowledge level. |
Project conclusion
1000 of the authority's workers took part in the study program and received comprehensive training regarding the system and its advantages. The managers and workers expressed their extreme satisfaction.

Intel- "Seeing the logic" project
Direct Training led the Seeing the logic project (an online system intended for developing strategies to help the students understand problems, or complicated systems containing relations of cause and effect) for Intel from the start of its operations:

First stage- developing a comprehensive study program which included information regarding the background and objectives of the Seeing the logic software, dealing with how this tool operates and the running of practical exercises. |

Second stage- training a senior group of instructors who underwent comprehensive training in order to have a complete understanding of the system and the study program. |

Third stage- training the teachers: the training staff visited schools all over the country and trained teachers by way of lectures and practical teaching experience. |
Project evaluation
Hundreds of teachers all over the country enjoyed a unique experience and were equipped with important tools for improving their teaching methods. At the end of the training process the "Seeing the logic" system was integrated into the study programs of these schools and was introduced to tens of thousands of students.
